IMH Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and flexible Recycling Operative to join our client’s team working at the Household and Waste Sites at Coalville or. Market Harborough/Kibworth Sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the public with waste disposal and recycling
- Ensuring waste is sorted into correct bins
- Managing site traffic and providing clear direction
- Maintaining health and safety standards on-site
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements:
- UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Previous experience in recycling or waste management (preferred)
- Must be able to work summer time hours when hours do change from winter hours.
- Ability to work on a rota basic – including weekends
- Positive, customer-focused attitude.
Coalville Working Hours:
- Thursday: 9am - 7pm
- Friday: 9am - 7pm
- Saturday: 9am - 5pm
- Sunday: 9am - 5pm
- Monday: 9am - 5pm
- Tuesday and Wednesdays: Closed
Market Harborough/Kibworth Hours:
- This will be inline with the 4 days on- 2 days off pattern working across both sites as per the site opening schedules.
- Summer Hours – 9am to 5pm - Sat, Sun, Mon. 9am to 7pm Tues, Weds, Thurs & Fri.
- All roles are £14.00 per hour
- Weekly pay via agency!
