4on4off (rotational days & nights).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a successful, progressive manufacturing business who have a long-standing presence in Telford.

This role supports manufacturing through the provision of Maintenance Engineering activities across all automated production machinery. If you are adept at achieving optimisation of machinery availability through skilled Maintenance Engineering practices, this could be for you!

Role Description.

  • Planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of industrial automated machinery.
  • Mechanical & Electrical fault finding and breakdown repairs.
  • Stripping down, servicing, repairing and installing new machinery when required.
  • Identifying cost saving solutions to help streamline maintenance processes.
  • Adhering to H&S whilst conducting all maintenance work.
  • Working within a team of skilled engineers.

Skills and Qualifications.

  • Maintenance Engineering experience – mechanical or electrically biased.
  • Formal Mechanical and / or Electrical Qualifications – Level 3+.
  • Strong fault-finding capability.
  • Manufacturing industry experience.

This role will suit an engineer who is looking for a great daily challenge and who enjoys finding solutions to engineering problems across manufacturing machinery.
